United Indian Nations of the Great Lakes
First Nations from Canada and Tribes from the United States along the Great Lakes basin have come together as one to ensure the Great Lakes are here for seven generations. Initially named the Indigenous Nations of the Great Lakes for its first meeting in November 2004, this group is now the United Indian Nations of the Great Lakes and held its inaugural meeting in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada April 11 & 12, 2005.
