This is a reminder that we are still accepting registrations for our upcoming training initiative scheduled for July 22 & 23 in Hamilton. The training will deal with case management, end of life situations and palliative care. The training is designed for First Nations people who work in the Community Support Services sector. Training material includes three DVD's that Chiefs of Ontario produced in 2007. These DVD's along with training workbooks will be sent home with each participant to add to your community's resource material.

Please note: Eligible communities were sent a subsidy cheque via postal mail at the beginning of May to cover travel, additional meals, and incidentals. Some communities have already declined to attend the training due to scheduling conflicts. If your community is in the same position, please kindly send the cheque back to our Toronto office.
