Please accept this memo as a reminder to you to complete the Environmental Scan of Community Support Services in Ontario First Nations. Once the environmental scan is completed please forward it to the Chiefs of Ontario office to the attention of Stacy Gizzarelli. The deadline for return of the environmental scan has been extended until DECEMBER 6, 2005.

Focus group invitations will be extended to the First Nations who have completed and returned the environmental scan. Notification will be sent prior to Christmas break as to the date, location etc. of these focus groups.
